We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to serve as a resource for employees in order to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and to minimize exposure arising from claims.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering with the business team to help identify opportunities to drive the business forward, e.g. negotiating and closing important commercial and supplier agreements/developing legal processes and templates to support commercial and sourcing models

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating strategic business agreements and transactions
- Advising the business on compliance, privacy, antitrust, and advertising or promotional matters
- Supporting the management of disputes and litigation
- Managing outside counsel and managing budgets when brought in to assist
About you
- Must be a licensed attorney with strong law school performance
